Outdoor lovers looking for a short break from the hustle and bustle of South Orange County find relief at O'Neill Regional Park. This beautiful haven features 4,500 acres of heavily wooded parkland which consist of live oak and sycamore trees. Hikers, bikers, and equestrians can enjoy more than 23 miles of scenic trails with plenty of shade.
Pets are allowed in the campground and on all paved trails. Must be on leash at all times, leash not exceeding 6 feet in length. However, pets are not permitted in wilderness areas, including the Arroyo Trabuco Wilderness Area (including Tijeras Creek area) and Vedanta Wilderness Area. Pets must be kept inside during night time hours and never be left unattended.
